foot center is the single largest public facility in
the city. With its outside design of custom brick and vast
expanses of glass, the two-story structure features two

hall, and the second floor contains the ballroom and

 The civic center complex is located on the riverfront in downtown Shreveport. The Riverview Theatre & Riverview Hall can seat 1,737 in the theatre and up to 1,400 for banquets in the hall. Just a few blocks away, the Municipal Auditorium has a stage and fixed seating for 2,435 and a 6,300 sq. ft. floor, while the city's largest events find a home at the 11,309 seat Hirsch Coliseum with fixed seating for 6,877 (total seating 11,309) that can be used for sporting events and concerts.

 Just across the Red River in Bossier City the community is excited about Bossier City's arena, CenturyTel Center . The 270,000 square-foot facility accommodates up to 14,000 patrons for a variety of entertainment experiences. Located on the banks of the Red River, CenturyTel Center is called "home" by both the Bossier-Shreveport Mudbugs CHL hockey team and the Bossier City Battlewings, an af2 franchise, along with a variety of other sporting events. This venue also features concerts, family shows, ice-skating shows, motor sports, rodeos, conventions, religious and community events, and other special events.

 The community is also proud of Bossier City's Civic Center Complex with modern facilities offering 24,000 sq. ft. of meeting/exhibit space and seating for 3,000. Larger groups can be accommodated in a stand-up reception configuration and upstairs meeting rooms.
